With total assets of $1,951,234 the only remaining debt liability on November 30, 2008 is a balance of $38,200 on a Line of Credit with Renasant Bank in Nashville.  The LOC has been used for purchasing land, a used truck and miscellaneous other non-operating outlays.

Repayment has been scheduled at $2,000 per month plus interest.  At that rate, assuming no other needs arise, the LOC will be completely paid in 19 months.

This is a $100,000 LOC which will be retained when fully retired.
