Annual dues are determined by majority vote of the Board of Directors and are to be used for operating expenses, farming expenses, maintenance of all equipment, grading and enhancement of roads, club manager's salary and expenses, and all other normal operating expenses.

Dues may not be increased by more than ten (10%) percent per year over the dues of the previous year without approval of sixty (60%) percent of all members.

Currently, the dues are $4,400 annually, payable $800 per month for five and one-half months.

The note will be paid off completely this year; therefore, assessments in the future will be minimum - less than $2,000 per year.
